Marcello Scarselli pays tribute to Fabrizio De André with a series of paintings dedicated to his songs

The artist from Bientina (Pisa), Marcello Scarselli, is presenting his collection at the Calandra Art Gallery in Manarola, located in the picturesque setting of the Cinque Terre. This collection of artworks celebrates the great Italian singer-songwriter Fabrizio De André, one of the most influential and beloved musicians on the national scene.

The paintings, created using mixed media on large canvases, offer the painter’s personal interpretation of the most iconic songs by the poet of Italian folk music.
